Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on the 28th of October 1967 in Atlanta. She is the fourth Roberts generation that has lived in Atlanta, beginning with her great-grandfather who was a farmer John Pendleton Roberts. Her father was enthusiastic about theatre since a young age. When he was a college pupil in Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he was a part of several shows. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force and while stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi acted in a show with Betty Lou Bredemus. The two married in 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was studying at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957 they left the airforce and Walter began his studies at Tulane University. Walter began his work at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou began production on a local Saturday morning children's television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they financed their own. In the following year, they established the Actors and Writers Workshop which operated for six years. Lelisa Billingsley often referred to as Lisa was born in 1965. Julia Billingsley followed in 1967.
